Tomi is a native Washingtonian. She was born in Bellingham and grew up in Fircrest.
After graduation from Wilson High School she studied Journalism at the University of Puget Sound and the University of Montana. Prior to real estate Tomi was Editor-In-Chief of a national Relocation Guide based in San Diego, California.
Tomi, a third generation Washington State Broker, began her real estate career over 30 years ago in San Diego working as a commercial office leasing specialist. Upon returning to the Pacific Northwest in 1992 her focus has been in residential real estate sales where she has also worked as a new construction Sales Manager.
She has earned accreditations as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), a Certified Foreclosure Analyst (CFA), a Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
Her volunteer work has included membership in Rotary, working at the Furniture Bank, local Food Bank and initiating a “Warm Coat Drive” in her office.
Tomi has one son, six stepsons and is a grandmother to two grandsons, 10 and 15 years of age. She is a single-engine pilot and enjoys geocaching, reading, hiking, discovering out of the way places in the northwest and spending time with friends and family.
