Creating Locals Since 1946
Hawkins Poe has been part of the South Sound since 1946, when Jack Hawkins opened a small real estate office in Fircrest, Washington. What began as a neighborhood brokerage built on relationships has grown into one of the region’s most respected locally owned real estate firms, while still holding onto the same values it started with.
Jack Hawkins believed something simple but powerful: “Folks will make good decisions if I give them good information.” That belief became the foundation of the company. Real estate has always been about helping people understand their options, make confident decisions, and find the place where their lives will unfold.
Today Hawkins Poe is led by Jennifer Hawkins Hansen and Charlie Floberg, representing the third generation of leadership. The tools and technology used in real estate may have changed over the years, but the purpose hasn’t. We’re still here to help people find their place in the community and in doing so, become locals.
A Boutique Brokerage Built on Community
As an independent boutique firm, Hawkins Poe combines personal relationships with modern marketing and real estate tools. That balance allows our brokers to stay focused on what matters most—guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with honesty, care, and expertise.
