Option #2, Long-Term Rental includes: un-furnished apartment, utilities, cable, private screened lanai, full access to all community features in addition to FREE breakfast and lunch via the on-site food court, dinner can be purchased separately. Menu options include, full breakfast buffet items, two daily lunch specials or individual menu items such as burgers, salads, etc. All long-term apartments have interior access to interior hallways and elevators for easy access and mobility.
